Service Description

ARC 3: Integrating Executive Function is the final six-week module of the Awareness and Regulation Coaching (ARC) programme for adults with ADHD. This is where everything comes together. After introducing the concept of “slowing down,” establishing the foundations of executive function in ARC 1, and developing emotion regulation skills in ARC 2, ARC 3 focuses on translating this insight into practical, sustainable change in everyday life. Grounded in decades of ADHD research and clinical experience, this module takes a detailed and highly practical look at the executive function challenges that often leave adults feeling capable but stuck. Participants explore time management, working memory, flexibility, organisation, planning and prioritising, task initiation, sustained attention and goal-directed persistence. Each week combines clear psychoeducation with structured discussion, reflection and practical experimentation. A central focus of ARC 3 is learning how to work with executive function rather than against it. Participants are introduced to a flexible framework for making change by modifying environments, adjusting tasks, using tools or technology and seeking support where needed. Between sessions, homework tasks encourage real-world application so that new strategies are embedded in daily routines. By the end of the six weeks, participants will have a clearer understanding of their executive function strengths and vulnerabilities, along with personalised systems and tools to support long-term growth. ARC 3 is designed to consolidate learning, build confidence and help adults with ADHD move forward with greater clarity and compassion. 12 hours over 6 weekly sessions. £150 per session (£895 in total).
