Service Description

If you're an adult with ADHD or support people with ADHD and you haven't had a structured education programme this course is for you. Specialist education and support is the first step in learning to thrive with ADHD, but it's rarely offered. We're excited to announce our new introductory online course: Getting to Know ADHD Getting to Know ADHD is online course explaining: The science of ADHD in simple terms How this shows up in our day to day lives The evidence about what helps-beyond medication Practical tips to create a plan for success Common ADHD strengths and how to use them We know what it's like to get a diagnosis in adulthood, and the frustrations of waiting for diagnosis and treatment. We know it can feel like the ADHD system is broken and it's hard to find support you can trust. We can help you find clarity, reduce shame and focus on success. This course has been designed and developed by Dr Judith Mohring, consultant psychiatrist, expert trainer and neurodivergent person. Dr Judith works full time as a medical educator delivering neurodiversity training to banks, law firms and professional services firms as well as providing open courses for the public. She trains clinicians in ADHD for UKAAN and was a Spears top 100 award winner when in clinical practice.

Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Prior to 72 hours before the course: If you cancel your participation in the Getting to Know Your ADHD course prior to 72 hours from the start of the course, you will receive a full refund for any payments made towards the price of the course. Cancellation Within 72 hours of the course: Due to the limited number of seats available in our Getting to Know Your ADHD course, where you cancel your participation within 72 hours of the start of the course, a cancellation penalty may be incurred.
