Module 1: Getting to Know Your ADHD lays the foundation for the ARC journey by helping you truly understand how your ADHD brain works. Using clear, evidence-based explanations of brain networks and neurotransmitters, this module demystifies the neuroscience of attention, emotion and motivation. You’ll explore why ADHD feels “tidal” - with energy and focus surging and receding - and why quick-fix productivity hacks often miss the root of the problem. Across six interactive sessions, you’ll begin building awareness of your unique rhythms, triggers, and strengths. Supported by a small, compassionate group, you’ll learn to notice patterns in stress, novelty-seeking and distraction without judgement. Using discussion, mindfulness and self-reflection, this module empowers you to see your ADHD differently - not as a flaw to fix, but as a way of being that can be understood, accepted and supported with science-based tools.
